RDR knows how to operate pumps at source locations to send water to pad storage tanks; High volume transfers from pad storage to working tanks; Maintain and monitor AST and Impoundment levels; Blend fresh and produced water to customer specifications; Water filtration and solid control to customer specification and; Monitor production tanks on completed well pads and pump produced water to storage for reuse.

Water Transfer Systems from Start to Finish

At RDR, we offer Design & Installation of Water Transfer Systems! With several years of experience, we have an extensive process in determining the flow rate needed to meet our customer’s requirements that first starts with selecting the proper pipe size that matches the flow.

Once pipe fittings are added, we calculate friction loss in order to determine total dynamic head for pump selection and placement. After our install is complete, we test for leaks and performance to ensure complete satisfaction of our customer’s needs.
